International Day of Peace

Some pictures from our International Day of Peace day last week.

Last Tuesday, our Lynhaven students and staff celebrated the International Day of Peace by making our Pinwheels For Peace. Students wrote wishes of peace for themselves or friends on the pinwheels and planted them in the grass by the front of school marquee. When the wind blows and the pinwheel spins, the wishes are sent out into the world to help bring peace. We hope you enjoyed watching and listening to them spin at dismissal and drop-off.
