Message from PTA
Hello, Lynhaven Staff and Families!
We're excited to announce that PTA will organize another "International AND Favorite Snacks Sale" on Friday, March 24th directly after school!
We need your HELP! You can:

Donate snacks that are store bought and individually packaged. Drop off snack in the bin located in the Main Office anytime before 3/24.

Buy snacks! So fun! So yummy!

Volunteer at the event :)
Also, please note that our PTA General Association Meeting and Election has been postponed to Thursday, April 6th.

Kids Heart Challenge is Kicking Off at Lynhaven!
Kids Heart Challenge has officially kicked off, and we are so excited to Be the Torch that will light the torch of hope in the fight against heart disease and stroke! We are encouraging ALL our families to sign up and learn the lifesaving skill of Hands-Only CPR. Thank you for all your HEART work supporting our school and the American Heart Association!

**NEW**Visitor and Volunteer Sign In/ Out
As of this week we have been using a QR code for parent/volunteer sign in. Our goal is to always ensure the right visitors and volunteers are on campus. With everyone's precautions and support we can continue to keep Lynhaven safe.

Attendance
Excused Absences
Once a student reaches 10 days of excused absences, we require that all subsequent absences be verified by a physician, school nurse, or other school personnel. (California Education Code 46011). Verification of absences must be provided within 20 days of the absence.
Doctors Note
Doctors or dentist notes/letters can be submitted in person or via email to Veronica Chaves at vchaves [at] campbellusd.org
Reported Absences
Please note that attendance is not cleared immediately after notifying. As morning tardies, calls, voicemails and emails are handled in the order received it may take about 24 hours for a reported absence to be cleared, so we gratefully thank you for your patience.
When calling please clearly state your child's full name, date, relationship, reason for absence and symptoms if calling in sick.
For all doctor or dentist appointments a note is required to excuse the absence.
