October Events!

Happy Fall! October brings about the celebration of a change in the weather, crunching leaves and of course, our Pumpkin Walk Fall Festival and our annual Halloween parade.

The parade will take place next Wednesday, October 31st, from 8:30-9:00 am on the eating area blacktop. Families are welcome to join us and as a reminder, your toddlers and siblings need to stay with you at all times. We will allow enough time after the parade for you to take pictures with your child and their class.

Our school parade expectations are as follows:

*masks cannot be worn in the parade, students can carry them if they like.

*all students must change out of their costumes after the parade. If your child will need help, please stay to do so.

*Costumes that include any type of blood or violent images, will not be allowed. If you are not sure of a costume's appropriateness, please ask your child's teacher.

*Weapons of any type are not allowed

Our Pumpkin Walk Fall Festival will be on Saturday, October 20th from 12:00-3:00. We would love to see you all here enjoying great food from 2 food trucks, as well as other vendors, craft stations, a cake and pumpkin walk and music and dancing. The same expectations for the parade apply to the Pumpkin Walk. In addition, there will be costume contests for different grade levels and possibly one for adults. If you are considering dressing up in a costume, please consider the appropriatness of your costume and refrain from clowns as there are many children who are afraid of them. Finally, a reminder that  pets are not allowed on campus.

Please sign up to volunteer! We need help to make it as fun for all of our kids as possible! Thank you for your support!
