Pinwheels For Peace

Next week, Lynhaven will be participating in Pinwheels for Peace on Wednesday, Sept. 21st.  Each student will be making a pinwheel and will “plant” it in the front of our school by the marquee. This is a school wide community event which gives our students the opportunity to be creative and artistic.  It also encourages students to reflect on what peace means to them personally and also their wishes for world peace.  On Sept. 21st our pinwheels will spin in the wind sending our wishes for peace and harmony out into the world.
