Hello Lynhaven Families!
I'm from the Bay Area born and raised. I've spent most of my life here with the exception of living in Oregon and Nevada for a short time. I really missed living in San Jose so I moved back home and I have been here ever since. I've always had an interest in teaching, but my path always seemed to take me in another direction. Eventually I met my fiance and she has always been in education. Her and a bunch of friends helped me find the left turn I needed to get me here. My favorite part of my work at Lynhave is bringing such joy to the students! It's an incredibly fulfilling position and great to see how happy the kids are to have access to the books and the library. In my free time I enjoy taking photos and drawing them in pencil. I also really enjoy reading a good mystery book. A fun fact about me is that when I find myself with a lot of extra time, I love to go camping or travel to new places. I actually just got back from Disneyland!
