Student Safety at Drop off and Pick up

Each parent or guardian needs to be committed to safety at Drop off and Pick up

We ask that each parent/guardian committs to the safety of their student(s) and all students during drop off and pick up by: 

*following the traffic pattens in the parking lots. DO NOT drop students off  or pick them up where they would be walking or running through cars to reach you. 

*not stopping in the RED ZONES around the school. This poses a danger to all students trying to cross the streets, but also the cars and buses pulling out into traffic. 

*It is against the school safety zone to make a U-Turn in the middle of the street. This causes back ups on the streets in both directions.

*There is no LEFT TURN out of the front parking lot between 7:30 and 3:30 to allow for traffic to flow smoothly to the right and down Cypress Ave.

*Park in the neighborhood respectfully and walk to school.

*Cross only in cross walks.

*Finally, our neighbor's driveways cannot be blocked or their garbage cans moved on trash collection days.
