Administrative Changes
After 10 years, Ms. Rowan will be moving on to a new opportunity.
Dear Lynhaven Families,
It is with very mixed emotions that I'm writing this. I want to share with you all that I have accepted a position at the Santa Clara County Office of Education and will be leaving my role as the Principal of Lynhaven. The timeline is dependent upon our finding a new Principal and there will be input meetings for the community and our staff which will be facilitated by our Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Lena Bundtzen. The date is to be determined.
This was not an easy decision as I've been at Lynhaven for 10 years and started here as a Kindergarten teacher, became the Assistant Principal the next year, and the Principal the following year. I want to say thank you to the families who have been here through my time as Principal and to those who we've recently welcomed. Lynhaven will always be a special place to me and I'm grateful that I was a part of your children's lives. Once again, thank you!
