Volunteers at Lynhaven

Interested in getting involved? You can! All volunteers are required to be volunteer approved. 

Please see below Volunteer Links to fill out applications. 

At this time all applications are accepted electronically, but we get it sometimes barriers get in the way. If you need personal assistance, please schedule an appointment with Lynhaven’s Community Liaison; Noelia Smith (408) 556-0368 ext 4839. 

Volunteer Packet 2022-2023 - Live Scan Form This will be if you at any point will be with students with NO staff supervision. Ex. field trips, yard duty  etc.

Volunteer Packet - No Live Scan Form  For any supervised volunteering. Ex. Volunteering in class, book fair, Los Dichos, Walk-a thon, etc.

We appreciate everyone's part in keeping Lynhaven's students and staff safe!

Attendance

Excused Absences
Once a student reaches 10 days of excused absences, we require that all subsequent absences be verified by a physician, school nurse, or other school personnel. (California Education Code 46011). Verification of absences must be provided within 20 days of the absence.

Doctors Note
Doctors or dentist notes/letters can be submitted in person or via email to Andrea Navas at anavasperdomo [at] campbellusd.org

Reported Absences
Please note that attendance is not cleared immediately after notifying. As morning tardies, calls, voicemails and emails are handled in the order received it may take about 24 hours for a reported absence to be cleared, so we gratefully thank you for your patience. 

When calling please clearly state your child's full name, date, relationship, reason for absence and symptoms if calling in sick.

For all doctor or dentist appointments a note is required to excuse the absence.
