Raptor Visitor Management System Coming to Our Schools

As part of our continued commitment to student safety, our district will soon be implementing the Raptor Visitor Management System at all school sites.
This system helps us better monitor who is on campus and ensures a safe environment for all students and staff.
What to expect when visiting campus:
  • All visitors must check in at the front office
  • A valid government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license) will be required
  • A visitor badge will be printed and must be worn while on campus
The check-in process is quick and helps us verify visitors while keeping an accurate record of who is on campus. All information is used strictly for school safety and is not shared outside of the system.
We appreciate your cooperation as we take this important step to enhance campus security.

talent show

🎤🌟 Lynhaven's Got Talent 🌟🎤

Dear Lynhaven Families,
We are excited to share that our School Talent Show will be held on May 29th from 6:00–7:30 PM in the Multi-Use Room!
If your child is interested in sharing a talent with our school community, they will need to complete and return an application in order to participate in auditions. Ask your child's teacher for a physical copy of the application.
Students can showcase many different types of talents! Some examples include singing, dancing, playing an instrument, gymnastics, martial arts, or cultural performances, among many more. We love seeing students share the unique talents that make them shine!
Important Dates:
Applications Due: March 30
In-person auditions (after school): April 2 or April 3
We are looking forward to seeing the many talents our students have to share!
If you have any questions, please reach out to Ms. Fong (Kinder - Room 3) or Ms. Velasco (1st Grade - Room 34).

multi cultural

Multicultural Exhibition Event 2026

Lynhaven School is hosting its second annual Multicultural Event on May 21, 2026 (8:30 AM–2:30 PM) in the Multipurpose Room. Families are invited to participate by hosting and decorating a table that represents their culture through customs, artifacts, and crafts. Food should be shown as photos or pre-packaged items only.
Participants should complete a Google Form to sign up. Optional setup is available on May 13, and items should be labeled. If you can’t attend the day of the event, arrangements can be made for someone to assist at your table.
The event aims to celebrate diversity and give students an interactive cultural learning experience. Contact Noelia Smith for questions.
